Welcome to ELECTROCELL. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before placing any orders or using our repair services.

1. Payment Terms

1.1 Payment Methods
We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and card payments through Yoco ( MasterCard & Visa ) . All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

1.2 Proof of Payment (POP)
For EFT payments, orders will only be processed or repairs will be released once a valid Proof of Payment (POP) has been received and verified.

1.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery or collection of goods.

2. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of ELECTROCELL until they have been paid for in full. Title to the goods will only pass to the customer once the payment has been received and cleared.

3. Repairs and Release of Goods

Goods that have been serviced or repaired will only be released upon receipt of either full payment via EFT or COD payment. Proof of Payment is required to finalize the release of any repaired items.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by ELECTROCELL come with a manufacturer’s warranty as stipulated by the respective manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation for details on warranty terms and conditions.

5. No Exchanges

No exchanges or returns will be accepted unless the product has a verified factory defect. The customer must provide evidence of the defect, and an assessment will be conducted to verify the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

ELECTROCELL will not be held liable for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective goods as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Amendments

ELECTROCELL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
