Return Policy
At ELECTROCELL, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. If an issue arises, please follow the guidelines in our return policy.
ELECTROCELL does not accept returns or exchanges unless a factory defect is verified.
If you believe your product has a factory defect, please:
Provide evidence of the defect, such as photos, a detailed description, or other relevant information.
Submit the product for assessment. ELECTROCELL will evaluate the item to verify the defect.
Once the product is received, ELECTROCELL or the manufacturer will conduct an assessment to determine if the defect is factory-related.
If a factory defect is confirmed, the product will either be repaired or replaced at ELECTROCELL’s discretion, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
If no factory defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer, with no repair or replacement provided.
The following instances are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
Normal wear and tear from usage.
Defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Customers must report any suspected factory defects within 2 working days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period, or outside the manufacturer’s warranty, will not be considered.
